Yes, it is rare to receive a customer service such as the one offered by this seller. I had several custom requests that I was afraid would be impossible to fulfill, but they made it happen nonetheless. When I finally received my order there was something missing from the package, but they promptly sent me the missing item. Many kudos to them!
