Yes, they are really reliable, the service was perfect and incredibly fast! I was hesitant at first to get one these dolls but after a little research I decided to get one. Customer service was great if I had any questions, they would always answer them and when I got my doll it was exactly like what I thought it would except a little heavier than I thought. Besides that, the product is great and would highly recommend it.
