Yes, customer service was top notch. The seller contacted me regularly during and after the ordering process. I asked for a different wig based on the photo and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. I received the package with a couple complimentary wigs, which was a great deal! I don’t have any other dolls to compare, but this one seems to be of high quality.
